I'm a Service Design Leader based out of Buffalo, New York, with a background in operations and people management.  I'm a certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and Lean Practitioner and an expert in Design Thinking.

  • Delivered a Service Design strategy that will result in decrease in operating expense of ~$694,000 while releasing 24.6 FTE capacity.

  • Implemented a series of process optimizations within the credit division that reduced regulatory risk by decreasing reporting error rate by 87%.

  • Developed the first MVP solution for Mortgage Modifications for M&T’s pandemic response that resulted in 75% of recommendations implemented to ease our customers’ financial burden faster.

  • Conducted 7 senior sponsor interviews and facilitated share out of synthesized insights to gain alignment around a scope of work related to a Fraud Center of Excellence.

  • Implemented an improved approach to resolving customer fraud losses while also reducing processing volume by 30%, saving the organization time and money while reducing customer friction.
